Registration Fees

The registration on Web Site is now closed. You may come to the registration desk for on-site registration.

The registration fees have been changed, and a 15% discount has been applied.

The Full Registration fee includes:
     Symposium Preprints (consisting of the Booklet of abstracts and Symposium CD-ROM)
     Coffee Break
     Welcome Reception
     Farewell Reception
     Symposium Banquet

The Student Registration fee includes:
     Symposium Preprints (consisting of the Booklet of abstracts and Symposium CD-ROM)
     Coffee Break
     Welcome Reception
     Farewell Reception

The Accompanying Person fee includes:
     Welcome Reception
     Farewell Reception
     Symposium Banquet

*   If the student registrants would like to attend the symposium banquet, please purchase the Extra Banquet Ticket.

Extra Charge for Submitted Paper
At least one author of every accepted paper must complete registration (full registration fee)^†††.
*Author who pays the full registration fee for the paper is regard as a representative author.
And payment should be done before June 15 2009. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the final event program and will not be published in the event documentation.

Basically, one paper should not exceed 6 pages. However, up to 8 pages will be accepted.
If one paper includes over 6 pages, the representative author will be charged from the 7th page (10,000 JPY per one page).

^†††Here note the followings:

• Each Full registrant can upload up to two papers without extra charge.
  That means a "full registrant" can be representative for 2 papers without extra charge.
  If full registrant would like to upload over 2 papers, the registrant will be charged from the 3rd paper (50% of full registration fee per one paper)
• Even if the registrants will pay extra charge for the additional papers, the registrants will not receive extra kit and/or tickets such as Symposium Preprints, coffee breaks, Welcome and Farewell Receptions, and Symposium Banquet.

 No-show papers

A paper not presented takes away a slot from another author and creates a hole in the session, which can cause serious inconvenience to the audience and the organizers. No-show papers will not appear at IFAC-PapersOnline.net.

A) For Authors (or person who has the ID of paper submission site)
An author or a person who has the ID of paper submission site should register through the paper submission site. Please take the following steps:

Step 1:

Visit the SYROCO2009 paper submission web page: https://www.gakkainet.org/SYROCO2009/

Step 2:

Log in the system with your ID and password (Note: we call the ID as SYROCO2009 ID hereafter).

Step 3:

Click "Registration" for online registration.

B) For participants
An author or a person who has the ID of paper submission site should register through the paper submission site. Please take the following steps:
